MaiChai Dimsum is owned and operated by Javier Corporation a commissary which has been supplying dimsum, roasting, noodles and sauces to institutional clients from Luzon up to Mindanao for over 15 years now.

We supply from Hotels, Restaurants, and Franchise food carts, on 2005 we have ventured into the franchise food business with the brands Maichai Siomai, Chai Fry and Maichai Hong Kong style noodles.

Hi i would like to franchise for Laguna area. I have tasted your siomai and would say its better than the others plus its only 130k compared to others 250k
I am convinced this is the one for me. Have a few questions:
1. I have sent you a Letter of intent with location map. what is our next step?
2. How long does it take to deliver cart. (My space is ready)
3. How much is the deposit needed so i may prepare it.

  Hi Janna thank you for your kind comments. I have read your letter of intent for a Maichai Siomai cart and picture of your location, looks promising.
  
  1. Next step is to send us a copy of your bio data and information (for the agreement) and we can set a business meeting for your down payment.
  2. It only takes two weeks and your cart will be ready.
  3. Down payment will be 50% and 50% prior to delivery to Laguna.
  Next will be delivery of cart, freezer, equipments, and training.
  
  Thats it your ready to start. Please let us know when you are available.
